    Hallo there,

I have a problem with my Avada Portfolio Slider. Always when you visit the page or when you reload the page the display of the slider is at the beginning incorrect. First when the slider starts moving he is displayed the right way, at this it doesn´t matter if he´s moving through clicking on an arrow or if you set the settings on autoplay.

At the meanwhile I tried a lot of different settings, I reseted the settings, I tried to integrate the slider on other subpages but it doesn´t matter, nothing happens, the slider is alsways displayed incorrect:-(

On other websites I used the slider, the integration was always easy and no problem.

Do somebody know the problem? Is there someone who can help me?
    It would be amazing!!!

I integrated the slider for testing on the following page, It´s possible to see the failure there:

thanks a lot and all the best

    Hi @nils_m

The first thing I noticed is that the site has not been updated for a very long time, I would suggest updating first and then rechecking the issue thereafter. You are running Avada 5.4.2 and the latest version right now is Avada 5.6.2

Here are our detailed update instructions. Ensure you follow the update instructions carefully when updating.

Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update

    Hi @nils_m

Thank you for that and I see it has been resolved, was a 3rd party plugin lazy load function causing the issue.
