Avada Modal Open on anchor with href on Contact Form 7

Hello,

Anybody knows if it possible open a modal with <a href="#"><strong>my tex</strong></a> on Contact form 7. I have the modal on same page it’s contact form code, but I don’t know how can I open my modal.

I try this, but no works:

<a href="#"><strong>my tex</strong></a>
<a href="/#"><strong>my tex</strong></a>
<a href="#modalname"><strong>my tex</strong></a>
<a href="/#modalname"><strong>my tex</strong></a>

Any idea?
