I’m getting the same error – please post up the solution.
I don’t know whether its linked or not, but I am also unable to use Builder. It won’t activate if you specify it when adding a new page, or if you open the page to edit and click the Builder button.

who can help me? Did avada deliberately make a system bug? Why does this multiple person have the same problem? fashionbazaar168@gmail.com ReferenceError: ieExtra is not defined

Hi @weiqing
By what logic would we deliberately introduce a bug? This exact error > “ReferenceError: ieExtra is not defined” has come up 4 times only, and each time it was related to the admin-ajax.php file. Please contact your host and ask them to check the server Modsecurity rules.
Thank you
After checking we have not found that your IP address is triggering any mod_sec rule.
The problem now is that your theme products can no longer be used, I can’t enter the editing page, and there will be that annoying pop-up window when I enter, I’m going crazy,
Hello @weiqing
It could also be your cache, please try doing the following and see if that helps.
1. Please disable your CSS and JS compiler and Clear Avada Cadhe.
2. Please disable any cache plugin(s) that you are using.
3. Please recreate your critical CSS (if being used)
4. Please clear your browser cache
5. Check the issue again with the same and a new browser incognito mode. Thanks
