Avada Live Builder not diaplying correctly

I have just created a new store. I have installed all the essential Avada plugins & imported the prebuilt “Mechanic” theme. However when I click into Avada live builder the page doesnt display correctly & looks like this. However if I preview my site it looks fine.

Hello @Keestrack

From the screenshot it appears to me that you are hosted on WordPress and if that is the case they have some of their own page builder plugin(s) installed that can cause issues with Avada Builder, we recommend you to please go to your plugin(s) section and make sure that you do not have any other page builder(s) installed, the only plugin(s) required for Avada are Avada Core and Avada Builder.
