avada forms: mail placeholder for checkbox field not working

Hi, I use placeholders in the notification mails. The form has two checkbox fields. One field with a single option and a field with multiple choice options. Placeholders for both fields are in use but the later shows a strange behavior. the notification mails shows array instead of the content of the original multiple choice field.

The backend avada form entries shows the submitted choices for both fields correct. Does anyone experience the same issue?

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the same problem but I have an Avada form which includes a checkbox field. I have set this to be a required field with 2 options (Yes or No). On the front end when you check a box, you cannot see that it is checked or unchchecked – the box itself becomes invisible. Along with this when I receive the enquiry via email the answer displayed says both Yes | No?
