I am switching to using Avada Forms for people to submit job applications on my website. With the test emails that I have done, I have received email confirmations. But when I go to see the entries on Avada Forms, it says there are “2 new entries”, so I click to view them and it says “No form entries submitted yet.” How do I view those entries on my website?
I am having the same issue. Was this resolved?
I am also having this issue. Please fix!
Same here…
Entries not showing up in the backend , any solution
The issue has been identified, the entries doesn’t show up when the field names are not named in English , for example i named the fields in Arabic and this caused the issue, when i renamed the fields to english the new submission showed up, notice that old submissions will not work still.
That’s a little bit problematic for me, because for a German page I will not write the form field names in English. Hope this will be solved or we find a solution until then.
Devi inserire una denominazione qualsiasi nel campo “field name” per ogni elemento del modulo. Per esempio nell’elemento email puoi usare “email_user”. In questo modo puoi visualizzare le registrazioni su Form Entries.
thank you for notice
this issue resolved as wajdizoughbi said but its not Permanent Because this problem for non-English languages has not been solved yet
therefore if anyone have the Permanent idea please help us
tnxHello Everyone
For anyone else facing the issue with form entries not showing, please confirm two things in order to make sure that your entries are saved and are visible.
1. Please make sure that you have setup your form to “Save to Database” inside the submission tab.
2. Please make sure that your form fields have proper form name / labels in order for entries to be submitted to database. In case the issue persists, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you further.

Ammar, thanks for that reply. It helped me but I might be helpful to others to clarify that in the Submission tab, one must click in the Actions field, and then options appear and one can select “Save to Database” from there. I’m not sure that the appearance of this field makes it super clear that it actually has a list inside. Anyway, thanks for the assistance.
I am a bit lost….the contact form on the contact page does not have these options. where do the entries go? My form confirms submission but I never get any email. Where do these go? I think its been broken for a few months now. Would love to get those submissions somehow….
