Avada Error/Broken

Having an issue with one of my sites using Avada Where it is only showing the editor and not the builder button on the Home Page Editor. My support has ran out but I don’t really feel like paying to help with something that is broken at a code level. I have images of the issue, but It doesn’t appear I can post them here. Anyone with any ideas? It is only showing the fusion editor. I cannot use the builder for some reason?

Check your other plugins on that site for a conflict… also make sure that you’ve updated your theme to the most current release (V5.5.2) and have the matching Fusion Core (v3.5.2) and Fusion Builder (v1.5.2) plugins as well as any patches installed (like #416380).

Yup, checked all that and also under fusion builder made sure that it was set to “Auto Activation/ON”

I was having a similar issue – the fusion builder was not showing, the button for the default editor was showing but not actually allowing me access to the editor. Additionally, hitting the screen options button at the top of the page wasn’t bringing out the dropdown.

I deactivated all plugins with the exception of fusion builder and fusion core and all was fine again. I then reactivated the other plugins one at a time and eventually found the conflict – which, in my case, was Yop Poll.

All working fine now. Obvious a conflict has only come about following the new release of fusion builder.

ya Unfortunately I deactivated all the plugins and still the issue remains… 🙁 Thanks for your response though.
