    Hello,

Be care full, there is a bug with the latest Avada update. The integrated contact template (contact.php file) no longer works. It’s seem to navigate on a smartphone and there is no form displaying to be able to contact you.

You know that you can be contacted as a professional. So check your contact page to check it.

I removed on my page contact of my website the use of the contact template and change for default template. I used classic Google Map to display map and Contact Form 7 form shortcode [contact-form-7 id=”6500″ title=”contact Form 1″] that I created and added on the page to display it.
    That’s a solution that works.

    Hello @Denisf56

We can assure you that there is no such issue with our recent Avada update which is 6.1 at the moment, the Contact Page Template works all fine and good as it should on mobile, here is a screenshot to show you => https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLup0kbX

So please make sure that this issue that you are facing is not due to any specific 3rd party plugin or something else that needs to be checked or rectified.

    Thanks

    PHP 7.2.20
    WordPress 5.2.4

Firefox/Safari/Opera Touch/Chrome on iPhone 6. No issues on Firefox and Chrome Dev tools for Samsung and iPhone6 through X/XS.

See screen grab taken on iPhone.

Can you reproduce the issue and perhaps provide platform details?
