This update won’t install and takes my site down every time i try to install it. One worked one won’t and now some parts of the website won’t work.

Theme 7.9.1 installed but not the plugin.

How do i fix this ?

    WP version is 6.1.1

123-reg “I’ve maxed out the resources the website can use just in case so you can try again, however, the issue seems to be with the coding of the theme itself so this is something you might need to look into as well”

seems to let me update now so all good

Are you still having this issue? It appears that Avada Builder just has stopped working

    Hello @mapconnected

There is no issue with the Avada Builder working with our latest version, can you please make sure that you have properly updated your Avada by following the instructions here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/installation-maintenance/important-update-information/

Also, please disable all your 3rd party plugin(s) once and see if any of them is causing any conflict for you

    Thanks

Actually, I also have a problem with avada builder 3.9.1, I instaled it, and I can access it, but if I make any changes and try to save them, the builder does´t save, it stays saving forever!
If I edit the web site out of the avada builder, everything works normally!

    Hello @eolisacasals

Can you please check your console for any possible JS errors?
Also try disabling your 3rd party plugin(s) and see if that helps.

    Thanks

    -Ammar
