    Hi I’m using avada theme version 7.8.2 when I install the plugin Avada Builder and activate crashed my website and it says that WordPress has a critical error. Does anyone know the problem?

    I have a same issue. Been like this week or so.
    After latest WP update problem started. When I disable fusion-builder I can access to site but everything is broken. Installin builder via wp admin update it crashes again.

    You have a valid support and should be able to open a support ticket without any issues, we suggest you to please do that and our team will check this for you further.


    @Jolfudr

    Please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue, try disabling each of your 3rd party plugin and reinstall a fresh copy of Avada + Avada Builder both.
