After updating to 7.0.2, got this error warning in Avada Global Options setting page:

Media fields using remote URLs were detected in your Global Options
    Default Logo
    Retina Default Logo
    Favicon
    Apple iPhone Icon Upload
    Apple iPhone Retina Icon Upload
    Apple iPad Icon Upload
    Apple iPad Retina Icon Upload
Please replace them with locally-imported files from your media library.

But all logos and icons were uploaded before the update and were working fine. Not sure why this warning shows up.

Another error shows in the Chrome Console and all the images in the page disappeared.

Anyone knows how to fix them?

    Hello @janestone

Can you please try exporting a backup of your theme options, resetting them and then importing the backup again using our Import / export section, also please clear your fusion cache once from Avada Options > Performance tab.

For the images being removed, please check that none of your gallery image is broke, you can check that by inspecting the source and looking for the empty img src tag.

    Thanks

    Hi Ammar,

    Thanks for your reply.

For the logo issue, I did it but warnings are still there.

For the images, it works. Thank you!

    Hello Jane

Please try removing the logos and uploading them again in this case, see if that helps however if not and you are sure that the URL is right and not loading from another domain than you need to open a support ticket with us and our team will gladly check this, do know however that those warnings do not cause any issues with your site at all.

    Thanks

    Hi Ammar,
I’m also having the same problem.

    The alert says:
“Media fields using remote URLs were detected in your Global Options”.
    Default retina logo
Please replace them with locally-imported files from your media library.”

I’ve tried removing the file in question (although it’s obviously a logo I created and uploaded to the library, so it can’t have anything suspicious), but even that doesn’t fix it.
Clearing the Fusion cache doesn’t help either.

By the way, this error is not so indifferent, because it prevents the saving of options from succeeding, making the changes made useless…!

How can I solve this problem?

    Thank you in advance.

Did anyone manage to fix this. I’m on version 7.6 and seeing this with my favico, which is defintely in my media library. I tried deleting and uploading again but the error ‘Media fields using remote URLs were detected in your Global Options’ still appears.

    Thanks in advance.
