App store sticky banner

Hi,
Is there a way to add sticky-on-top promotion for an app store link?
Here is an example of what I refer to:
https://8fit.com/pcm/skip-the-gym/

I tried to use this link for help, but it didn’t work: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/AppleApplications/Reference/SafariWebContent/PromotingAppswithAppBanners/PromotingAppswithAppBanners.html

I also tried a few plugins – none is doing the job properly.

Any ideas?
