    Hello @ptmocho

There can be several reason for 500 internal server error to happen and we do have a detailed article explaining this in details here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/technical/500-internal-server-error/

Also, please make sure that your System Status limits are upto the mark and no value is in Red.

    Thanks

My system status are upto the mark. I have to go deeper. Probably some Web host configuration.

    Thank you so much.

I would just like to add to this:

I moved hosting providers from GoDaddy to OVH (VPS).

I now have a 500 Internal Server Error.
Specifically it is the “Fusion Builder” that is causing it.

I deactivate the plugin and I can access the webpage.
The backend (WP ADMIN) never gives an error.

I have deleted all fusion builder files using FTP and then completed a fresh install.
I have all the correct PHP settings.

I can not figure this out.
    Any other suggestions please?
    This is driving me nuts!

    Kind Regards,

    Nathan

    Hello @jungy

A 500 internal server error can be due to various reasons as mentioned here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/technical/500-internal-server-error/

However if you are still seeing the issue please check your email further so we can look into this for you.

    Thanks
