I am also experiencing problems (after updating to v7.9.2). It looks like some classes on some elements were simple removed (for example: .fusion-menu-element-wrapper). Since my css was written for those classes, and since they have been removed, they are simply not applied anymore. Is there a solution for this (I have created a support ticket)?
