Yes, Yoast SEO can’t see images if you use Avada image element, links if your link is added to image element, internal links if you use Layouts and links are added to some layout part. I hope that Google will see all this. If you use Avada’s full design power this part of Yoast SEO plugin is (sadly) useless.
