Hello Jules7370 and web_line

You should see the Avada Builder working for your CPTs as far as the CPT is created properly and the Avada Builder is enabled for them from Avada > Options > Builder Options

However if both are done and you still do not see it working, please know that both of you have an active GrandFathered Support and should be able to open a support ticket without any issues.
