I thought I might be able to dodge SmashBalloon’s quite expensive license renewal cost by using Avada’s Instagram element only to find it doesn’t work.

We’ve spent literally thousands of $$$ on Avada licenses, and was hoping to save a few bucks by not having to rely on 3rd party plugins to do what is now considered basic funcationlity of the “#1 Selling Theme” on themeforest / Envato. Pretty disappointed in this revelation.

So we’re basically at the mercy of Facebook / Instagram developers to respond to Avada support’s API questions?

Don’t claim this is a core feature of Avada if it’s been broken for months. Ridiculous.
