Hi,

Issue on your website is most likely caused by one of the following items. Please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue.

1. Deactivate all plugins that were not included with Avada theme
2. Remove all custom CSS code from theme options and customiser
3. If using child theme, please switch to parent Avada to see if that fixes it.
4. Make sure to clear plugin, fusion and browser cache after each step.
