The thread you posted on is actually an year older, there is no such issue with Avada and Support does not need to be renewed if you do not need it, please follow the basic troubleshooting steps above if you are not able to see the entries.
1. Making Sure that your site is on latest version 7.8.2
2. Making sure that you have field labels and names.
3. Making Sure that the form is set as “Save to Database” from the submission tab.
