This could be because the element itself is not enabled from Avada > Dashboard > Builder Settings, please make sure that the elements you want to use are enabled from there, we have a very detailed article explaining it here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/avada-builder/how-to-use-the-avada-builder-options/#abelements
