Can you make checks and see if your site is able to reach Avada servers by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Status, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/y5q4ym4w. Any blocks should be reported to the host
Also, please check with your hosts if there are no security rules in place that prevent outgoing connections
