I had this issue. Build it within the Fusion Builder. Basically, add a new column in. Add “Fusion Slider” element then edit the column setting to disable the slider from a small screen. If you want the slider to go across the full width, make sure the page is set to 100% width and the column is set to 100% width and also adjust the padding settings etc.
