The setting to enable Google Map Scripts is in WP>Avada>Theme Options>Google Map Scripts. IIRC turning it off will remove the Google Map from the contact page template as well as any other instance of the Google Map element in your site. If you just want to remove it from your contact page, change the Page Attribute for the contact page from Contact to Default Template.
