Your support ticket was replied to by our team and the issue was confirmed as invalid HTML that was added to the tab that caused it to break. Always be aware of markup and 3rd party plugins that can interfere with the tabs set up.

For future reference if you have valid support please do not double post here, our support team does not provide theme support via the community forum and it can lead to miscommunication and confusion.
