I am afraid that without more information it is not possible to say what the issue is. If you have active support (@Restech220 you do) then please submit a ticket with the necessary details to check. Otherwise please also ensure that you have cleared all caches (that depends on what you have running, so again its not possible to say).

Please also note @avella that we most certainly do check all releases on our end before releasing. We also constantly monitor support for any bugs. So far there has been no bugs relating to CSS generation and the latest update. Most likely if there are problems with it, then it is due to extra cache or minification being added (eg from a plugin) or the update instructions which Michael has already posted not being followed.
