Just use the WordPress export function. Additionally use Theme setting Import function from AVADA. Avada – Theme Options – Import/Export. Make sure that the new wordpress installation has the same plugins activated and of course the Theme itself is installed…
I never had an issue doing it this way. I also use a development MS WordPress installation and once pages are done, moving them out of there.
