General Avada Demo Information
Avada now comes with over 65 professionally designed demos, all of which can be used for design inspiration, or as a quick-start way to build your website. Read on to find out more about what a demo is, how to install is, and what to do if you have any troubles.
What Is A Demo?
An Avada Demo is simply a showcase, or an example, of what’s possible with the Avada theme. It is a collection of pages, posts, images, and theme options etc, that you can import into the theme.
Each demo represents a specific industry such as Church, Fashion, Photography and more. The Demos have been made to demonstrate how flexible the theme can be. These demos are designed and built by professional designers, using our advanced network of options alone.
How Are Demos Useful?
Avada demos can be useful, primarily when you don’t know where to begin. If you’re new to building websites, demos can be a great starting point, because all the pages and content are laid out for you. You can then go in and tweak it to your liking, or experiment with Avada’s various capabilities and options. If you’d like to try another demo, there are several methods to remove demo content so you can import a new one. More details on that can be found here.
Importing A Demo
If you would like to import an Avada demo, there are two ways you can do so. The Avada Demo Importer, found at Avada > Demos is the best method, and here you can import the entire demo, or only certain sections you’re interested in (e.g. Posts, Pages, images, Theme Options, etc). Additionally, you can import content on a per page basis, from any demo, through our Fusion Builder Library. If you run into any issues using these methods, you can also import demos manually, which requires a bit more effort.
