Finally, after months of repeated attempts to resolve the situation with Facebook, the app’s permissions have been reinstated. We appreciate your patience.
It is recommended that you reconnect your Instagram account by going to Avada Options > Avada Builder Elements > Instagram in the WordPress Dashboard.
Latest version of the Avada Website Builder: 7.9.2 (Released on January 17th, 2023) – If you need to update your theme, please make sure that you check and follow the detailed update instructions as provided.
Important! For the sake of accuracy and efficiency, if you have active theme support please do not double post in the forum. It can lead to miscommunication and confusion for all involved.
